Renowned Chef David Burke brings his creative, whimsical style to Foxwoods Resort Casino with David Burke Prime. Always the culinary showman, Burke's inventive reinterpretations of American classics are showcased in this classic American steakhouse.
Prime was designed by the Friedmutter Group of Las Vegas and Atlantic City, and incorporates many design ideas and influences of Burke himself. David Burke Prime features an aging room with walls lined in imported pink Himalayan rock salt. This state of the art aging room, designed by Chef Burke himself, allows meat, hand-picked by David, to age longer and enhances its flavor.
Guests have many options when it comes to relaxing over a delicious meal: they can sit close to the casino floor and watch bustling passersby. Should they wish for a more intimate setting, the back of the restaurant provides a quiet respite from the busy casino. Or, social butterflies can settle in at the bar and sip a cocktail, beer, or a glass of wine from one of the 3,000 bottles housed in the stunning 35-foot tall wine tower that rises up three stories.
The 13,000-square-foot steakhouse features warm pink and red tones and glass artworks than lend an organic feel to the space. The walls are covered in thousands of tiles of pink Himalayan rock salt - the same salt that lines the dry aging room, adding a warm glow to the restaurant.
